clutch only slipping in 3rd?

Sounds like your clutch is slipping. In third gear you have more of a load, that's where a slipping clutch will show up.

Usually its the higher gears that start slipping first, yea its your clutch slipping.

weird.. It doesnt slip in 4th under full boost. 2nd gear doesnt slip either, even when the tires are not spinning. hmmm.

Make sure the clutch is adjusted correctly.

did that today.. Even though it didnt make much if any difference. Still releases damn near all the way at the top. I adjusted it like 5 turns each way and not much difference.

Ehhh, not sure what happened to my Original post but im still having the problem. The clutch lets out at the very top and theres not much free play at all. I tried to adjust it but even with 5-6 turns in each way it doesnt change. I got it to "slip" in 4th now, so im guessing it is the clutch and nothing else. Awesome, another I gotta buy for the car!!
