1G Clutch not bled enough??

I changed my transmission and when I'm driving, not only does it feel like my clutch isn't gripping enough because I have to keep the rpm's up and it just takes a little bit to fully engage, but I'm not able to shift into 4th gear. Also it seems like 5th gear is the same as 3rd??? Why?

What prompted you to change the transmission? Was it known good before install?
Do you mean your clutch is slipping? i.e. your RPMs increase but not your speed?
Do you have any issues engaging 1st or reverse when stopped with the engine running and clutch pressed?
Have you adjusted your shifter cables to see if you can correct the 4th and 5th gear issue?

My previous transmission had a bent 1-2 shift fork so was stuck in 2nd gear. Not sure if it's slipping so to speak, but yes I have to keep increasing rpm's. It doesn't feel grippy like it did before the transmission swap. Like I can't do a burnout because the rpm's just fall off almost instantly. No issue engaging 1st or reverse. How do I adjust the cables? Under the center console?

So are you sure the new trans is good?
If your RPM goes up but speed does not, the clutch is slipping. In that case, either the clutch is badly worn or your master cylinder is adjusted too far out. This video explains it pretty good:
