I got a 2600lb act clutch with a fidanza flywheel...
it engages very very close to the floor practically on the floor., it's very stiff to operate as well

anyways my first gear doesn't always go in easy sometimes I have to like double clutch, or let the car roll back a little then shift into first.

as for reverse it grinds every so often but too much for my taste...

any suggestions or people with the same problems who fixed it?

thanks!!!

I would try adjusting your clutch....and as for the 2600 it is going to be very stiff..
