clutch adjustment confusion

i have a 1993 FWD eagle talon with a 1992 6 bolt motor swap. i have a stock internally transmission but have just put on a exedy stage 2 thickcerametallic clutch disc and exedy pressure plate with a fidanze 13lb. aluminum flywheel and a OEM mitsubishi throwout bearing. i have also changed the clutch master clylinder and have an OEM mitsubishi slave cylinder and all the lines are OEM spec. the pedal assembly is also brand new. i have bled the slave cylinder for what seems like forever and now i believe my clutch pedal is way out of adjustment. i started off by turning the little adjustment fork that threads on to the slave clyinder rod thatgoes throught the firewall. i took that off and twisted it on just one full 360 degree turn. went under the car tried to push the clutch fork over and it was stiff. so i went back under the dash and turned it three more full turns towards the firewall. went back under thecar and it was still stiff and would not push over. went back under dash and did three more full turns with the same result. now when i start the car the clutch pedal is pretty stiff and feels good. i try to put it in first gear and it goes halfway in the gate then grinds. third, fifth, and reverse gears all do this. now when i try and put it in second gear the engine idle goes down and the car begins moving forward slowly. i can pull back harder into second gear and slip the clutch a lot and the car begins to move but it will not go into the gear. what is the problem? do i still need to adjust the pedal under the dash???? i have turned the fork 6 full turns towards the firewall so far and when iget under the car i still cannot push the clutch fork in to the slave.

please any help would be greatly appreciated!

k i got the rod and the clutch switch adjusted perfectly. now when i try to put it in gear it only pulls the car forward when i try and pull the shifter into fourth and fifth gear. when i try and put it in first, second, and third it goes almost all the way in and then right before it fully engages it grinds. so now what do i have left to do just bleed it more?
