i got 38mm tial wastegate , and now i was going to close internal. But only way to close it is to leave flaper door and tide it , any other sugestions. Am i gonna have to much exaust leak without welding it.

thank you

I have not tested this yet but i was just going to remove the boost source from mine and see if it will hold itself shut. otherwise you can drill and tap a hole into your o2 housing and thread a bolt through it until it hits your internal flapper to hold it shut.

Shouldn't cause a problem unless it blows open.
