I have recently purchased a PTE 54 Trim turbo with Stage 3 wheel. The turbo is externally gated. I also have purchased along with many other things a Koyo Aluminum Radiator with Slim fans. I have been reading up about clocking the turbo but I have only seen it for other turbos. Mine does not have a c-clip to hold the compressor housing on, it is bolted to the cartridge, and that is bolted to the outside of the compressor housing, looks like the compressor housing is cut in half (can get pics). Anyways the compressor outlet faces right into the radiator; I would need to clock the turbo 90 degrees clockwise or something around there. Has anybody done thing before if so help would be very much appreciated!!
Also I might as well ask, I am purchasing a Tial Wastegate 40mm for a manifold mount. That 90 degree nipple that screws into the compressor housing, did I search right and understand that this spot is a good place to tap to monitor boost pressure?
Thx,
Chris
