Clicking ( almost like a relay ) When Key 'ON'

Okay first off i got a new battery today CAR STARTS, i put it in and go to turn the key to the 'ON' position, so if you got what i said i didnt try to start the motor but the motor does start. I hear clicking about 3 in a row as soon as i turn it on and when I turn it off i hear another click ( not the ecu ) Its comin from under the hood, i dont have another person with me so i cant tell where its coming from exactly under the hood until tomorrow, but what does this sound like? Terminals are tight. Ground seems fine.

I have the same issue with my 2g, sometimes there is a relay clicking and won't start till key off and back on again. Hoping to check it out this weekend. I'm guessing there's a bad ground somewhere.
