click when I turn the wheel

Everytime I am backing out of a parking spot or my garage and I cut the wheel kinda hard I get a loud pop / click from the front tire area ( wheel in position to turn left the drivers side does it .. wheel turned right then passenger side does it ). Everything underneath the car looks good and intact .. but what's making this noise?!?! It only pops / clicks 1 time too.

it could possibly be your cv joints, umm....also make sure your control arm bolts are tightened too. I had a popping comming from the from also, it turned out to be the lower control arm bolts. Just take the front wheels off and make sure everything's tight.

It's most likely your CV joint/axle. Good luck with changing that! haha doing that what the most expensive and terrible thing I ever did to my Talon.

CV joint for sure. And it isnt hard at all, and not expensive. One of the easier things to fix that our DSM's bring us. Good luck

most likely its the outer c.v. joint. Just get your c.v. axle rebuilt for about 75-85 bucks

I'll start praying for you that the axle spindle isn't rusted into the hub assembly and that the ball joint boots don't rip when you follow the vfaq.

Yeah, it's gotta be the cv shafts. My Mazda is doing that right now and it's because the rubber boots are torn on the cv axles. It also happened to my old Honda too. Whatever you do, do not settle for cheap ass Autozone axles. Go to www.raxles.com and give them a call, or get a set of Fidanza cv shafts. Good luck.
