Click But no Start 93 eagle talon

I just recently purchased a 93 eagle talon from a friend and for about 3 weeks the car ran fine. on the fourth week it started chugging in first gear, serious CHUGGING it was jerking when driving slow so i asked some people what it could be and they said a number of things that didn't help. On the last day it was acting up BIGTIME i didin't know what was wrong, i pulled in to my parking spot, put it in reverse and it shut off COOL! now the car wont start and all i hear is a clicking noise when i turn the key. after a few troubleshooting ideas we found out that the clutch master cylinder was leaking and needed to be replaced 50$ later the clutch works YAY! but the car still wont start. Checked the ground and starter wires and replaced two and still nothing. Ive already put $ GUESSING WHAT IS WRONG. hopefully somebody on here can help me.. Thanks

I'm having the same exact problem as we speak and I to would love to know if you solved your issue.

edit: noob with cars...like you said in a prior post that jumping wasn't getting the car start, the same thing happens with mine. BUT if I put a 200amp quick charger on it it fires right up. I can also pop start mine.

I haven't checked the clutch switch yet though that's my next step.

So i got a new starter but found out the person who was driving it didnt check the oil enough and there is barely any left on the dipstick..

So i am being told the Engine seized and now im out like 700$

Is there an easy was to check if it is before i scrap it?

take the breaker bar i told you to hit the starter with, stick it in your crank pulley, and see if you can turn it over by hand. but seriously... what i've come to find out about the whole dipstick thing... if you can't see any on it, it's probably like a quart or so low. but try to turn it over by hand, and if she won't budge, tell your mother she owes you like $700 :\

like this. grab a breaker bar and a socket and put it on that bolt to see if you can manually turn it over. make sure to disconnect battery and such so you won't be a danger to yourself
