Has anyone ever heard of this company?

I just called actually. There is three kits you can choose from, One made by "DNJ", one by "ITM" and the highest one made by "Safety".

I know ITM, I think I have heard of DNJ, I have never heard of Safety

ITM is commonly found on Ebay, stay away from the timing components. IIRC there has been reports of the belts/pulleys failing and causing members the head.

The ITM gaskets should be well enough for a stockish rebuild, but not the HG, replace that with a felpro or OE.

I have no clue what rings and bearings they use, but that is your risk.

Never heard of them. Don't cheap out on a kit like that. You'll end up paying for it down the road when you have to redo it all again. Just my .02 though
