Clear and smoked tail lights

So I was looking on random garage sale pages on Facebook. I came across a guy selling what appeared to be new smoked tail lights. I drove a hour and a half to find that he also had a set of clear as well. I think this might have been my best part find yet. I’ve seen the 10-15 year old posts looking for these can’t imagine how rare of a find this truly was.

Whats funny is that there have been some in local junk yards that I could have bought for $20 recently and they likely went to the crusher , I didnt know that anyone would want them, I always felt that they were ricey, now the Euro ones I will have and do want.

So I listed the clear set on a dsm Facebook group. No joke I listed them for $600 and they sold for the full asking price of $600 In under 5 minutes

They looked brand new, which I have never seen. I looked for my set for over a year, and had to settle for them being a little beat up, but worth it for the price. I didn't see a set sell for under $300 the whole time.
