from magazines, to forums, to everybody iv ever talked to , they say to get it from them people , dont get me wrong , its actually engineered awesome, i know on our eclipse , they bolt in place , but u need to stiffen the hinge by fabricating one or two brackets to hold it in place, http://defrangeautocrafts.com/pics/mycar/MVC-022F.JPG that is actually a pic of the hinge right before i made brackets, check out http://defrangeautocrafts.com/pics/mycar/eclipse.html for some body kit installtion progress pics , but anyways , they work awesome holding the door up etc, the hard part is sitting in the car and pulling down the door , if u have a gf , u'll be a gentalmen every stop , but once u get the door down, u got to know exactly how to close it , or u'll slam the door into the striker , on mine i have it to where u have to push down with alittle force to get it to close , its hard for me to explain , just dont think its push out then up , u hafta to open the door, press down while doing it open blah blah , and i'll take pics of my skirts and fenders tomorrow , paint chipped cause of the doors , u got to press down to swing close the door , but then again , cant press down to hard or u'll hit the skirt , its not easy as their selling slogan , two hours, and u'll have lambo doors , more like 2 full days and annoying as heck, and paint chips , but anywho , sorry for the long post , hopefully this clears up anyone's ?'s , only reason im leaving them on is so i can sell it to a ricer or something , even though we spent two months making brackets for my bodykit, i have all my tire splash shields , extended them to meet the body kit , blah blah , and everything was done by me and my dad at our shop , he knows his stuff and we still have problems with everything fitting ok, ohyea , when u goto close the door , it will move about 3 inches up and down when u try to close it , if that makes what i said make sence
