Cleanest possible sound speakers (No subs)

im an installer, i would have to say if u want clear clean sound for not very expensive...id go infinity 6 and a halfs all around and put the infinity 4" in the dash...(if u have a spot ....some talons dont...least thats what my specs at work say, my laser does) these speakers seam to have alot of treble, this is because they have a true tweeter, if u want something with less treble rockford makes a good mid as well and has a well balanced sound.

I got the Infiniti 6 speaker system with tweeders. Then again I have a sub, amp and a deck so... might sound different but Infiniti's are REALLY nice, they even look good. But not cheap by any means, looking at 500 or 600.

I HAVE ECLIPSE 8051 WITH AN ECLIPSE AMP POWERING 2-6 1/2 KENWOOD DUAL MAG COMPONENT SETS AND THE SOUD DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER!

who said i did? regardless, its gonna kick my stock cardboard system's setup.

Whatever you do, hit ubid.com to get the speaks. I got some good deals there. Hit it in the middle of the week after everyone's blown their money to get the best deals. I got a ton of Rockford and Audiobahn gear dirt cheap, like 1/4 street.

for all of your information, i know a wholesaler on soundcity.com that sells all that kind of stuff you are talkin' about..so if you need anything just send me an IM @ PlatinumImpact and i'll get u his number...i got my sh*t cheap..:D

That's because the majority of the stuff on there is refurbished.:shhh:

i have a 12 inch subwoofer, and all stock speakers in the car. Could i run my subwoofer and door speakers all through the same amp? Its a rockford Fosgate 160.5 if that helps
Not sure about the AMP, but u need to upgrade those speakers ASAP if you plan on throwing out a lot of bass, i seriously doubt stock speaks could handle that kinda power.

well i dont know if its the cleanest but it is pretty damn clean sound, this is the set up i have in my car, it will cause sharp peircing pain in your ear if up to loud. i have blaupunk (spelling?) speakers in the back in place of the stock. then i took my doors out and added boston accoustics mids and then added some boston accoustics tweeters on the upper part of the door. then hooked mids and tweeters to a boston accoustics cross over (one for each door) then hook the rear speakers to the deck and then both doors to a 300watt amp, it sounds really clean and loud as ####.

Well, whatever you get...you're gonna need an amp no matter what if you want strong sound.

There's thousands of high quality speakers out there, what kind of price range are you looking at for just the speakers? What are you willing to spend on the amp?

I agree with with listening to some stuff at your local shops first for best results. What you like and what someone else likes could be two totally different things.
