i have t bolt clamps on my intercooler piping and they fall of all the time, its kinda getting old. is there any clamps thats are better that will hold the pressure

T-bolt clamps are strongest clamp you can get. Are the ends of the pipes bead rolled? Even if they aren't you can usually tighten a t-bolt clamp enough to get it to hold though.

make sure you didnt strip the threads.. and make sure your getting the coupler completely on the piping

Make sure you're using the correct size clamp too. A 2.5" clamp won't work well for a 2.25" or 2" joint.

If the threads stripped, you might want to try a higher quality clamp. I bought some cheap ones before and they were horrible compared to the ones I bought recently for just a bit more.

If the coupler is slipping off the end of a pipe, either try beading the pipe or use a squirt of hairspray to help it seal.

im using the right size 2.5" the coupler is all the way on its not stripped it just seems like it jumps loose all the time it probably falls off once a month

Try a new clamp. They're cheap enough. When I place an order, I usually order a few at a time.

All of my t-bolt clamps came installed with lock nuts (Nylock). Try replacing the nuts that are on there with the lock nuts that have the nylon insert.

definitely try a new t-bolt clamp sounds like a faulty unit heck even a regular ss hose clamp will work just depends in how much boost/hp your planning to run.

14psi too much for a t-bolt clamp? Are you serious? A good set of t-bolt clamps can take whatever you can throw at them.

bead your pipes if they are not beaded.... tbolt clamps shouldnt just fall off like that

I agree with romeen, either get the nylock nuts for the end or get new clamps.

Just from my experience, I haven't had any problems with the cheapo brand clamps. The ones I use I get from here. In fact I use their couplers as well without issues and I'm boosting 25psi+

Done and I hate to say it, but I have never used that and really didn't even know it was there. It just kind of blended in.
