Chicago Area Tuners: Please Read

Hey guys. I am somewhat of a new member. I have been reading this site for years now and finally made a account of my own to start posting. I guess that because I jsut got my DSM so I finally felt compelled to. Anyways I put in a ton of supporting mods this weekend as well as a Evo II Big16G Turbo. Anyways I am looking to tune the car within the next two days. I was wondering if anyone in the West Suburbs area of Chicago or northwest like around Woodridge, Naperville, Wheaton area would be willing to help me tune the car. I am looking for someone with a logger of some sort. Please let me know if anyone is willing to come out and help. Mods on the car are listed below....


96 Eclipse GSX
1g Throttle Body
Denso 560CC Injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Apexi Safc2
HKS Hyper 3inch turbo back exhuast
Evo III Big 16G Turbo
Dejon Tool Intake
Greddy 2.5inch Upper and Lower IC Piping
Turbo XS RFL Blow-off Valve
Greddy 24R FMIC
All gauges that are needed.
3500 Stall (it's automatic) as well as a new racing end clutch.

Go to AMS and have it done right. Tuning is a delicate and complicated task. It's beyond add fuel/take away fuel.

You know I would but they are so backed up right now. I don't think they are really going to have time to get to my car anytime soon.

AMS would take months to get your car in. Check on the ChicagoDSM yahoo list, I'm sure you can find someone on there to help you.

ETA: You also should get an AFPR for that 255 or you'll be overrunning the stock FPR and have a bi*** of a time tuning.

AMS is going to do my car too. They just dont' know it yet

Thanks for the feedback Key. I do actually have a AFPR but it's the megan racing POS one so it's not 1:1 so yea I am looking for a new one now.

Go with the Aeromotive. Bit more money, but time-proven. PM me and I'll give you the name and email of the guys that helped me do my 6-bolt swap. They also do tuning.
