checking out a car

Today, I went to check out this talon I want to buy. I did a compression test but I'm not sure if we did it right , we got 130 across the board but this is a new rebuilt engine. Also we did some runs with a data logger and got like 43 counts of knock and like 15 degrees of timing?

We turned down the boost and saw 30 knock and like17 timing?

Could this be heat soak or a bad knock sensor or what could it be?
Does it need a fmic since it has a stock smic?
I really want this car but i need to be sure these arent serious problems.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like they honestly need to figure out what the hell is wrong with the car and the knock problem before you consider purchasing that car. I'd get the knock problem fixed and also see if the headgasket is leaking anywhere cause I think stock compression is like 140's?

and another thing it smokes a little at idle sometimes i think its the valve seals but the smoke is white , what can this be and how much to fix it
