I recently purchased a 1991 Eagle Talon ESi which my step dad and I are working on and is almost running. I was curious if there are any small common problems known on DSMs that I should check before before driving it? I don't want something small to end up ruining my car. Also, how often should I replace the timing belt? I'm not sure how old the current one is, should I just replace it before I start driving it to avoid all problems? Thanks in advance. Everyone here has been very helpful so far, great forum. :D

well check all belts fluids ect.... and yes if i were u i would change the timing belt and change it every 50k miles but even w/ that i check mine every 10 becuase if it breaks 16 broken valves arent fun...
