I'd look into making a "street" manifold. Go with the same idea for the collector and not bother to make the tubes equal length. You can probably make a manifold which still greatly outflows the factory one while not taking up that much more space than the factory one does under the hood.

Why is it that people try to poke fun at others that are trying to offer new and innovative pruducts for the hobbies that the person doing the poking is interested in? Seems kinda counter productive to me. I will stick with my previous reply because I have gained alot of knowledge about what people want, from this thread. I am now seriously thinking of offering a t3 and a t4 manifold for dsm's. Thank all of you who gave your serious input, keep it up.

We have been working on this manifold for a fow months. It is very dificult to make it fit like stock and clear everything and I am very happy with the results. I am exited to find out how it works for all of you.

I'm pretty sure equal length on a turbo is'nt as big a deal as actual flow thru a manifold. Equal length headers came about due to exhaust scavenging concerns on engines w/o turbos in the exhaust system. IMHO I think you would be happily suprised with the real world testing of shorter runners sporting the same size tube and type of collector.
