That collector design is top notch.

That manifold is probably a great race manifold.

It's a trade off... Big equal length tubes like that for top end power vs smaller diameter unequal length tubes to maximize exhaust velocity to improve spool.

Looking at that workmanship and I think you could pull off a street version using a similar collector.

Still very nice.

We are accually getting full boost about 600-800 rpm's sooner with our FP3055 than with a stock manifold and the datalogger is saying about 20-25 more hp at the same boost level depending on outside temperature.

Ok I have a couple of question since it opinions you are looking for , and to give the best opinion the person must be better educated on the said topic.

When you say that you ( alianauto) experienced 600-800rpm of a faster spool over the stock mani, wich 'stock" mani was it?
1-2 or evo manifold?

Will this fit an fp 3052?

When you stated that you also experienced a 20 -25 hp increase were alongs the power band was that increas ?
3000-5000 or 5000 - redline?

And last but not least at what boost level where you set at??

Im very interested in you'r new manifold , and when deciding on a manifold you need to know all the facts.

this is another manifold :dsm: :talon:
Both manifolds go from 489 american to 1200 american. You'r manifold was priced out at 799 american right? Hmm an educated response is in the works . :thumb: Iether than that it looks really good and I am very impresed with the design . congrats on making a peice of art , depending on your answeres we just might have the perfect counter part for magnus's sheetmetal intake. :thumb:

The stock manifold that I spoke of was a 2g on a 6bolt motor in a 1g talon. Im not sure where the increse in power was because Im simply refrenceing the datalogger we were using but im pretty sure it was above 5000rpm's. We were using a FP3055 that was set at 21 pounds of boost. And it does fit. The dnp mani uses much smaller runners than our's im not sure if it would spool faster but I do know that our runners will flow over 240cfm each wich is alot of air. Even though thay are large runners they are still slightly smaller than the ports in the head. The fullrace manifold is made out of the exact same matirial as ours but does not fit in the stock location like ours, nor can you fit the wastegate and still fit the stock fans if you are using there wastegate location. But this would not be a problem if you are using a FP turbo. If you are still interested in the fullrace mani I can build you one like it for about $900. Here is a picture of a honda mani I am building that is just like it.

The cure to the melting problem would be to get the manifold thermal barrier coated from a company like swain, wich I would suggest anyway. although we have not had any melting of anything problems.

I have everything that is exhaust related white ceramic coated on my race car.

Ok so It out flowed the second gen mani thus increasing spool, and it gave you at lest 20 hp in the top end department. :thumb:

It will fit the 3052, and I wont have problems with my rad or piping.

Ok sounds good so the manifold you introduced in the beginning is your street version right.

To top it all off you are creating a hard upper rad pipe to compensat for the extra heat(meaning the rubber one would melt really quickly) correct?

Well im impressed and it does look great I would buy it if it were a bit cheaper though. Not trying to low ball you'r work but I think I speak for alot of ppl when I say A great mod with a decent price equals a trip to the bank.;)

I know It's extremly time consuming welding and making shure all the angles are right , so your price as the supplier is fair but as a comsumer I would prefer a bit less , why the more money I save the more parts I could buy off of you ,makes sense I guess.

Well thats my opinion , if their ever was a price reduction pm me I would'nt mind taking one off your hands.

The second gen upper radiator hose accually rests on the manifold and would not work without the hard line. If you feel you can make this work it is up to you, but be warned. I will post when the upper hard line is availible.

At what rpm is full boost reached and in what gear. That manifold looks really nice.

Yummy, sexy. :thumb:

Well its hard to tell when full boost is reached in 1st and 2nd gear. I would guess that its at about 4000rpm's in 1st,(without studder box) roughly 3600-3800 in second and 3300 in third, forth, ect. With the use of the studder box set at 5500 it will make 8-10psi at launch....I hope this helps. I think it may be a little better when we get it tuned better.

That's just insane I wish I knew about you guys when I bought my DNP i would have definitely gone with yours hands down. That spool time is outrageous.

Are these manifolds only for Mitsubishi exhaust flanges?

If you do have garret manifolds, do you offer a T4 flange as an option?

What about Wastegate options?

If you can get me manifold like that I think a Brand new SFP T4 ceramic coated manifold will be for sale pretty soon.

A piece like that almost doesnt deserve to be put on a car, but on a wall as a decorative piece.

We currently are in the design prosses to build these with external wastegate as an option. But we need to take care of the 2g hard line first and have yet to figure out the best place for a wastegate to sit as space is very limited. A t3 or t4 manifold is definatly a posibility but will most likely not have the same runner design. This manifold was designed as a factory replacement so that you can take advantage of all the bolt on turbo upgrades availible.
