it seems like the fuel is right. but whats up with the timing?

I'd get some better gas or turn down the boost a bit, your timing is pretty horrid.

Richen it up and I bet your timing will go up. If it does that means you were knocking.

That timing is really bad

is your base timing way off or something? What happens when you richen it up? Is this the best you could get your timing to be? You shouldnt have a problem running 15psi on pump gas, but maybe try to turn down the boost.

id try making it richer in the lower rpm range- i had a even worse case. i was running hella rich in the top end but still getting knock-just richen up the low end.
