It's kind of funny that they call it a "sale:" that was exactly the price I paid for my Hahn IC a year ago. $600, but I still don't regret the purchase. Thanks for the heads up about the sale.

I did pay $600.00; and they're advertising it as $599.99 in the link you posted. That's why I think it's interesting they're calling it a "sale." All the prices seem to be the same as they've always been...

Seriously though, i figured this would be a laugh for some as you stated, not much of a sale but for those who never bought the IC because they are looking to save money then its a good opportunity.

I have always stayed away from it because up until the past year or so the IC was 800.00. You must have bought it shortly after the price was lowered. So this year I just bought a custom one froma friend at Exile Racing. It is the Hahn FMIC but its the same one Bill runs on the RS, he modified it slightly to improve airflow over the shelf model you have.

I got a laugh out of it . I would really like to purchase their FMIC just for ease of installation, but for that price I could get a nice Ebay front mount and make all the piping and still have a couple hundred left over.

Terry, I thought you got the Apexi FMIC, or is the hahn unit actually an Apexi?

$559.99 - damn you're right, I could've saved $40... and had I known you have connections, I could've gotten one that flows better, too.

Actually, the price was $900.00 when I bought mine: or, at least, that's how they advertised it. Their website said it came with the LICP too, but I didn't want that. I called them and spoke to Brad about just buying the IC itself. I guess enough people have requested just the IC since then, because they started advertising it separately...

To my knowledge V the FMIC has always been available as the IC only for 800.00 and 900-1000 for the upgrade (stage1 to 2). The added price is the cost of the pipe obviously and stud kit. Hahns IC pipes really are not to badly priced if you think about it with the powdercoating and all.

Chris, i dont my Apexi IC to Donny Busick on 2GNT because I found out that running the pipe on the passenger side would require me to redesign my 3" Downpipe and i didnt want to go through that. That or let the pipe hang low. This was an easy alternative and i will miss the apexi. I was really looking forward to testing its efficiencies to see if it was better than the Hahn.
