I have a 99 Eclipse Spyder GS-T and recently my driver side door handle broke i took the door apart to fix it and once i put the door back together i noticed a CEL had been triggered... I dont know of why this should have gone off but does anyone know if theres a way to find out what the exact problem is or a way to get rid of this pesky light.. anyones ideas or opinions are greatly appreciated..

Well, I've never heard of a door repair turning into a CEL. Most likely it's an independent thing that just decided to rear its ugly head so as to really freak you out.
