I was driving this morning and my car threw a CEL, came home and checked it and it was a code 11 for the O2 sensor. The O2 sensor is brand new and only has maybe 400 miles on it. I bought it straight from Satan.

I recently put a new head and all new timing components on the engine, maf-t, 3" GM mas and RC 550's. I'm waiting on my logger and cable now so that I can tune the car because I know the maf-t needs to be tuned correctly. The car does blow out blackish/gray smoke when the boost comes on so I think it's running way too rich. Could that cause the code 11? Should I lean out the mid and hi throttle a little without a logger?

Thanks for any help that you guys can provide in advance!

Have you double checked your timing? Sounds like its a tooth off. I wont go into detail except to say Ive seen the same Exact problem. Could be wrong but it just might be.

I went ahead and leaned it out a little more and haven't seen the CEL since. I highly doubt that it's a tooth off because I had a mechanic help me with the timing belt. Would that cause it to smoke under boost if the timing was off one tooth?
