Cheapest place for intercooler piping?

My core finally came in ( precision 24x10.5x3.5 ) and I need to make some piping now. Where is the cheapest place you guys would recommend I get the piping from to piece it all together. I have access to a welder so beading it and flanging it for the bov won't be a problem. Thanks.

jegs or jc whitney sell 2- 3" pieces of piping. i htink someone made one consisting of 8 90 degree bends, 2 6" straights pipes or something.. do a search i'm sure you'll find the thread

I have seen some on ebay for a 189.95. 6 mandrel bends, couplers and clamps. Looks like a decent deal to me.

yea I'm leaning more towards ebay. With the piping I have around the house I have enough to make it run 2.25".... I'm guessing that won't be big enough though? I plan on making 450ish whp so I'm guessing I need 2.75" or so right? Thanks.

I have the same intercooler that you have I just finish the install last Friday and i’m loving it. The piping was easy I just bought 4 90* bends from Jegs and welded them up. I already had a had UCIP so I just used it. But I have a 1g though and I used the instructions from this site http://www.geocities.com/bennyhoffb/cepadsm/fmic/customfmic.htm

2.5in is plenty. I run 3in only because my t/b is that size
