Here is the issue.... new alternator, checked it out it does charge( out of the car), new battery, but when the alternator is in the car and is hooked up properly it doesnt charge the car?? and ideas or suggests as to why?
 
here are a few things to check. first check your altornator fusable link (its the black 80A one in the corner of the fusebox under the hood). actually pull it out there are 2 10mm bolts holding it in. and second if you have a multimeter check the continuity of the chargeback wire (the wire that is attached to the alternator by a nut) there should be right around a half volt of resistance. if there is more or if your meter reads "OL" or "OUCH" there is somthing causing unwanted resistance.
