Whats weird is, idk were that thing even plugs into the engine???. Could explain my bad idle LOL. But I see no connection for it to go to the engine. Or do are cars vent them to the atmosphere?

Well heres my story. I pulled the engine. I remember unplugging stuff from that canister. After I dropped the canister in, I had no idea were the lines for it were supposed to go. I know 1 plugs into it, but idk for the other.
I think I have line 1 plugged in but it don't go to anything....??? line 2 is unhooked i believe on mine.

Thats odd. Do you have Line 1 vented beneath the car? ### i know one of the lines should be vented while capping the rest

If #1 is the fuel tank vent, you should be able to follow it down to underneath the car to a hard line that runs with the brake lines. This one needs to be vented.

Do you have A/C in the car, or has it been removed?

the Ac is in the car but havent had it working since i got the car. AC wont engage at all. Could i just connect a seperate hose to the fuel vent line and send it down?, and thanks alot for the reply.

Yes, you can connect another hose and route it downward.

Reason I mentioned the A/C is my brother said #2 might be the A/C drain, but he said that after a quick glance and not verifying at all.

so to your knowledge its meant to be that way? or is it suppose to be connected to some other line? Line 2 has nothing to do with the canister right?
