On a 95 Automatic GS-T, there is two nipples on the charcoal cannister. Where does the forward one go if anywhere? I am putting my car back together after a new trans and can't seem to figure out why that looks like it should go someplace. If anyone could help that would be great.

I just took my canister off and threw it away. I haven't had any problems for 20k miles now. It's all just emissions.

its not like I am going to pass immesions anyway, but just curious when you took yours off, was there a hose coming off the forward nipple? If so where did it go?

So know that I don't have an intake pipe (3" GM MAF/TRANSLATOR), what am I supposed to do with it?

When you said you removed your charcoal cannister what did you do with the lines?

no no no, that way is fine, thats not the hose to the intake, you can barely see the hose thats supposed to go to the intake in that picture its on the far right it looks like buy the battery mount, the fat one, thats what it looks like anyway. The hose to the intake comes off the purge valve on the canister, the purge valve should be hooked to the side of the canister. Having that line on the charcoal cansiter open is okay. If your missing the line from the purge then its okay to let it vent if it cant go into the intake, but if i was gonna do that i would go ahead and remove all my emmisssons but thats up to you.

I didn't do anything with my lines, I just left them there, tucked away. But follow the emissions guide from Taboo and you shouldn't have a problem with your vacumn lines.
