I have searched and have found nothing good about this. I have a 1990 gsx of course, and am sick of my TB shaft leak. I have tried to fiix it 2 times, but the O rings are different sizes. The smaller o-ring always leaks for some reason on both TB's I have tried/rebuilt.

My quesiton is, is there any place or does anyone know the wiring involved in switching to a 91-94 TB. I know on the 90 the sensors connect at plugs, while the 91-94 connect on the TB. I am not sure if it is even possible to switch but any input or exact o-ring size would be awsome.

I already have my emission's gone so the vaccum lines are no concern, just the sensors.

yeah me and a friend worked on his 90 and put a 92 tb on and it was fairly easy. all the wiring just went together as i remember. BUT there is one thing that i was sceptical of. The tps is too big to fit with the fuel rail. So he cut a part of his rail off to fit the tb. OMG If you purchase a 91-94 fuel rail then you shouldnt have any problems with the tps fitting. good luck
