Centerforce clutch with stock flywheel

I'm going to be getting this Centerforce clutch kit for my 90 turbo laser fwd.

My question is will it work with the stock fwd flywheel or will i need a different flywheel also?

I don't see why it wouldn't. Of course you alway want to make sure the step height is correct before bolting it down to a used flywheel.

Also inspect the old flywheel for heat spots and cracks as well. Theres a video of someone whose flywheel came apart out there. It was nasty so cracks are a big deal IMHO.

I've been running my CFDF clutch with my stock flywheel for about 10,000 miles now and quite a few hard launches with the slicks. No problems at all. I see no need for an aftermarket one unless you really want one. As stated earlier, I would get it resurface and make sure its resurface to spec.(step height) Centerforce say .605-.610 while most people one here just swear by .608. I'll post a link just with a little extra info.
