Okay, I intend to race at the Shootout this coming weekend and I need to get this new trans in this week.

The current one is a 91 awd trans (I think), the new one is a 90 awd trans.

I plan on swapping the shift arm on the trans and pulling the output shaft and putting in a 23 spline one to fit my tcase.

Question is does my 91 welded center diff fit in the 90 trans? I thought I had read somewhere it was different.

Need answer ASAP. Thanks.

The gearset profiles are different; you would need to weld a 1990 center diff housing; otherwise put your entire 91 gearset into the 90 case, but again, I don't know what you are dealing with for the previous transmission condition of parts.
