CE code p0335

Well my car its starting but I was doing some maintenance and unplugged a couple wires when I was putting them back I put them in backwards and the car would crank but no start now I got it to start but code P0335 popped up saying Cam Position sensor circuit malfunction anyone know what to do ? Car is running fine I just want to take any precautions

Try clearing the code (disconnect battery for a few mins) and try again

I believe 95 is OBD-II compliant and the old take the battery cable off and clear the code will not work. I may be wrong but surely someone will correct me if I am. You will have to take it to a shop and they have to use a scan tool and go in and manually "clear the code" from ecu memory. I guess you figured out your problem while it would crank over but not "run" and now you have that code left over, and check engine "light" is 'on"?

my '95 is obd1, you can unhook the battery to clear codes. try driving it, ecm might see that there is no fault and clear itself.

Same w/ my 95. and my old 2001 Acura.
