ok i am still waiting for my car to get the 6 bolt swap. i really thing i am trying to find out here is if any one from pa has done a full catless exhaust on there car and passed. i have a 95 gst.

hmm...emissions in pa...never had to pass that ...i would say probably no to that, even if you did, dont you think it would get a cel from the rear O2 sensor? ...i dont know i dont have a 2g so im not sure where the rear O2 is located

It won't pass the visual inspection with no cat. If you drive the car less than 5000 miles per year you can be exempt from emissions.

Since it's pre - '96, you're still considered OBD-I, so a hollow cat will let you pass the visual. If you're that worried about it, then make sure your exhaust has a removable test pipe, so you can slap a cat back on purely for emissions sake. or you can just get a high flow cat and never have to worry about it. High-flow cats will last a long time, be perfectly legal, and they flow well enough that the HP change to a test pipe from one is pretty minimal.

well the inspection part isn't the problem my uncle does that for me so thats a pass not matter what. it when they check th co and co2.

The only emissions test you need to pass is a visual inspection so I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about here.....

ok so my buddy that does the emissions test for me could just over look the fact that i don't have them.

Well apexi offers a full turbo back exhuast which has no cat ...that could be an option for you. I have personally never done a real emissions test but it has had a visual inspectino done by the state troopers before and passed.

ok after talking to my buddy about the hole test. he said that it could pass, but they still check for hc and co. so i am thinking ill pass it.
