cas or cps sensor bad i guess?

I'm getting fuel on all cylinders, and spark on number 1 and 4 plugs, just not 2 or 3.
I tried a different ecu,crank sensor,coil,and plug wires.
I sounds like it wants to start.Then the compression hits and kills the starting.
What controls number 2 and 3 spark? It's a 95 talon turbo so you know.Also
it has a 1998 motor,ecu,and cam sensor.

It was the cam sensor.Now i'm having trouble keeping it running.It will start up for a second rev to 2000 rpms and die.It also sounds/smells like it's flooding itself.When it's running it sounds as if the timing is off.It's not smooth sounding.
