I am just about to order cam gear bolts to put my head together, and was wondering if the CAS has specific OEM bolts or would some hardware ones work? and if so what size. I did not see a CAS bolt set on extreme PSI

do i need to put the CAS in when I put the cams in or can it go in later?

Nah..Just make sure the cas is in before you start the car..You wont need to bolt it on when cams are put in..Not a bad idea to do tho, so you can check that off your first start checkoff list..

Hardware store will work fine but the only shitty part is that the socket size is going to be 13mm vs. 12mm stock. Thats why I absolutely detest local stores hardware. Everything on these cars are 10, 12, 14 or 17mm and hardware stores screw that up. Call me anal but this car is my hobby not a friggin beater.

I work at a hardware store and our selection of metric sucks. And I just found out there is 7.50 shipping charge on the bolts, ill just drive to a mitsu dealer. As far as the CAS how to I know if its in right?
