Sorry I couldn't find a better pic on google but there are some people here in columbus that roll around with an insane amoutn of dolls and figurines glues to their cars like this one. Saw on the other day on the way into work. I have no words.

I actually searched through the thread to find out the deal with the lt1 vs ls1 thing. HAHAHAHA! Dude actually said a roadmaster wagon is quick. But yea, definitely an lt1. Ls1 made it's debut in a production car in the c5 corvette in 97. The roadmaster ended production in 96.

But anyway, staying on topic.

For what it was and for the time it was made it was a pretty quick car, 0-60 in the mid 7's with the quarter mile going by in the mid 15's all while weighing in at around 4500-4700lbs.

Today... not a chance, but a good modern comparison would be the cts-v wagon. Wonder how fast that will look in 15 years? Right now it does the quarter mile faster than a mid 90's Lamborghini so that alone should tell you the progress automakers have made in that time.

Its all relative :thumb:

Guess you're right. My friend's mom had a roadmaster and he drove it quite often. He actually beat a couple of stock mustang GTs with it. Thing's suspension felt like we were in a boat on choppy water though. I literally did shake my head when he showed up in it .

This is my friend's Honda Insight. It has a custom spoiler, custom speaker box, custom leather seats, and yes, he's turbocharging it. While all the custom stuff was actually made by him including the leather seat covers, it's well crafted and in good taste, and for an insight it looks pretty damn good, I still have to shake my head at it. mainly bc he's putting all this work and effort into an insight.

This came off of a camaro forum from a "show off your clean 3rd gen" thread. All the other people's cars on the thread were mostly stock in appearance, just very clean. Dude was actually showing this thing off to them. :toobad:.

i'd buy the saturn for 3k. Hell, it's a 01 and 32mpg. Take off the 3 wings and sell them for another 200 each to wal mart lurkers and figure out what is on the hood . I think i found it more humourus that the owner was looking like a cowboy sporting that saturn instead of a massive truck.

This car, i think just looks awesom and wanted to show it off.

"gorgeous"
attachment.php

Those were my thoughts exactly when he said the thing was "gorgeous" in his thread. I was like wow I want to see how clean this car is, and then almost puked when I saw the driver side. Nothing "gorgeous" about it what so ever
