Okay so this problem randomly started tonight, it was running perfectly fine before. I pulled into a parking lot and went to shut my sunroof and the rpm's dipped to 700rpm then died. I thought it was weird but didn't think much of it. A couple hours later I started it and it ran fine for about 2 minutes then did the same thing. I tried once more and it leaned out, backfired and I tried to keep it running by revving it and it would not rev past 2.3-2.6k.
Lights worked, battery was charged fine
NOTHING under the hood looked off or suspicious
No fluid leaks anywhere
New fuel filter
New plugs
New wires

The only things I've come up with so far is fuel pump (leaning out) or piston rings (no compression)
I'm pretty sure it's not the CAS as I just got it and was working fine. I have not been beating on it or bottomed out so I don't think it's a boost leak but I'm gonna check for that on Sunday along with the plugs condition, timing, and check for spark. Until then does anybody have any other ideas ?

Is there any way to test the fuel pump ? Search came up with nothing.

Ok, I'll go over all my power and ground lines, get my alternator and battery tested and test my fuel pump by running 12v of power to...I was told that is how you test it, is this correct ? Would I just be listening for it while doing so ?

the easiest way to test if the fuel pump is flowing is to unhook it from the feed side of the fuel rail and either crank the car. or manually close the mpi relay. either way have someone hold a bucket under the feed line and see if it flows

Coil pack running to cylinders 1-4 was blown:

Only thing weird is the resistance test all came back withing spec, kinda weird ? Obviously that was the source, thanks guys.

.

most likely got moisture in it while you were driving with that huge opening in it, that causes coil packs to misfire bad especially in that condition
