i just bought a 95 talon last week from a car dealer. everything seemed to run fine. there was no problems. on the 6th day i had the car we were driving and the car just died. there was no warning. just like someone had turned off the key. we stopped into a parking lot and popped open the hood. let it sit for about 15 min. we tried to start it again and it started.. so we let it idle for about 3 minutes, then it died again. it wouldnt start back up so we called for a tow back home. still wouldnt start. we ran the battery down trying to start it so we had the battery charged over night. we put the battery back in the car the next day and the car started right up. we let it idle for about 10 minutes then it died again and wont start back up again. its not getting any spark to the plugs. does anyone know what i can do to get this problem fixed without having to take it to a shop? has anyone had this same problem??
thanks

I would also test spark wire resistance, it could possibly be a bad coil pack. While you have your volt/ohm meter out, check your alternator connections as well, because your car will kill the battery quickly and stop running if the alternator is bad. Good Luck!

update... checked coil pack and alternator both test ok?? someone said it coud be the cam shaft position senser? is the possible????
