Did a timing belt job not too long ago.. finished up on it, and the car wouldn't start. Checked for fuel and spark, was getting both. Did a compression test and the number were low, 90-90-30-30. Today I pulled everything apart timing belt wise.. to double check my work, all timing marks are aligned. Did another compression test and got the same results.

#1 is at TDC with the camshaft sprockets lined up.. not sure about the balance shafts or oil pump tho.. will update tomorrow with that. Just would like to get everyones input as to what could be the problem..

Hard to say. You say the tbelt marks are lined up, but you don't get 30-30 on two cylinders out of thin air. Either the timing jumped and you bent a couple valves, or the head gasket is blown between those two cylinders. It's doubtful that both rings will go in those cylinders at the same time. I'm thinking the head is coming off and then you'll know exactly what the problem is.
