Car wont fire HELP!!!

So I replaced my clutch. No prob. I hollowed out my cat. And removed my a/c. I turn the key and the car turns over a few times and then fires just a lil making a pop sound in the cat but then just keeps turning and wont fire. someone told me when I jacked the car up to do the clutch i might have tripped the fuel pump relay off. Also i want to know if the downflow 02 sensor would stop the car from starting. I need to get my car running so any and every idea is helpful Thanx

The fuel pump relay is inside of the car and a o2 sensor shouldnt stop the car from starting.

check to see if you disconnected your cam sensor when you were removing the A/C.
