car turning off, after new 16g set up. please help

I currently upgraded my turbo set up to a 16g while I save up mony money to get my bigger turbo kit. I did a slowboy manifold, tial wastegate with extenal dump, evo 3 16g, dejon jd pipe and kept the boost at wastegate spring 10psi untill I got tuned on e85 and my AEM EMS. its been running great no problems and sounds like a beast. and i dint want to use my AEM Trueboost eaither just using it as a gauge for now.

I was on my way to work and got off the freeway step on it a bit and then it started sputtering when I went into 2nd gear I only took it to 5k rpms on 1st.

I got to a light and it turned off on me and kept on wanting to turn off, I went into the office came out during brake and check the hose and all looked to be in place, checked sensor connections and looked good, no oil leaks or radiator fluid. I'm gonnna go back out there durin lunch and try to see what it is.

any suggestions on what to check for?
 
How long would it run before it wanted to shut off. Sounds like symptoms of a jumped timing belt. Or a massive boost leak.
 
Definitely sounds like jumped timing or possibly a blown off IC pipe.
 
Yeah check the couplers and all the connectors quick. Make sure that dump tube of yours didn't melt any important wiring too.
 
Not with a 16g on wastegate pressure. It would still idle and everything. What injectors do you have in it anyways? Do you have AEM installed yet?

Happened to me a few days ago when I switched injectors and didn't reset my trims. (and global was off a bit as well). Car would idle 4-5 seconds and then die after LTFT low maxed out. :ohdamn: :)

no i dont have it installed yet I'm gonna get tunned not this weekend but next they gonna install it for me..

no i kept the stock injectors thats why i kept it at 10psi didnt want to get fuel cut or have any problems, gonna get tunned soon so i didnt bother.
