Car stutters...

I just put the new turbo back on, and I finally started getting on the car a little bit to push it some. However, I've noticed that if I'm on it hard in first and I go into second and put it to the floor, the car seems to stutter, almost like a sort of fuel cut. Not really sure what the deal is. I looked and the sensor on the throttle body was broken. I'm not 100% sure what sensor it was, it has one single green wire that runs to it. So I fixed it with a regular electrical connector for now, but it still seems to do it.

My second thought was that I have a leak from my BOV return line. The hose is old and there's a crack in it, probably about a inch or two long that goes all the way through. If the air is leaking out of that hose, would it cause it to stutter like that whenever I shift when I'm on it?

My thoughts were that it was cutting out because of that air not being there? I'm gonna go out in a little bit and do some tests with it and see what I can come up with, I'm just looking for some input here.

Do you have a boost gauge ? Did you have this problem before the exhuast?
Are your spark plugs NGK Bpr6es or NKG brp7es's and gapped to .028?

Fix the boost leaks before you do anything and that crack in the return tube. You could be getting the extra fuel but not getting the air for it if that cut is actually leaking or you could also be pulling in air that the mas is not reading through there. That will have to be fixed.

When my car was studdering I replaced the spark plugs and wires. That fixed the problem.

It doesn't feel like a spark related problem, to be honest. And I think I was misunderstood. I had a new turbo that I put on, took off, and then put back on. Not a turbo back exhaust. My bad.

Make sure you do a boost leak test them. Its a must now. Also get that crack fixed asap. Home depot has that reinforced rubber hosing, thats what I use for my return tube. Goodluck. Make sure your intake and everything is tight and sealed.
