As soon as i hit about 15mph, the car starts howling and the noise gets louder and louder as i speed up. As I slow down, it starts to settle down. I'm pretty sure this is a bad wheel bearing but I just wanted to make sure.

You can't expect to receive a decent answer, without spending a few minutes typing more details about your issue.

Is it coming from the wheel area? The exhaust area? Does it do it all the time? Have you jacked the car up and spun the wheel by hand? Diagnosing problems in person is hard enough in person, over the internet is a whole different story.

It sounds like it's coming from the wheel area. It does it all the time as soon as i get to about 15 mph and starts howling louder and louder as I speed up.

It sounds like the Turbo? Thats what it sounds like it is. Is it spooling fine?
Maybe I should've included that the sound stays the same whether i'm on the gas or off.

It could also be your tires too, i'm leaning towards either tires or wheel bearings. Go up to like 60 and see if it stays the same about 45 to 60.. If it stays the same without getting louder it's most likely the tires. If it continues to get louder passed 45 on up to 60 it's probably the bearings. You can check for play in the bearings but a bearing could be bad whether it has play or not

Yeah it gets pretty damn loud past 45 mph. I'm assuming it is the bearing. I'll check this monday. Thanks for the advice guys.

Well I found out it's not a wheel bearing. It's a differential output shaft bearing. Never even heard of that before.
