car sputtering?

Everytime I get on the gas my car sputters. It sounds like something is spinning and rubbing so I'm guessing its my turbo going. Im on the stock t-25 and I have 53k on a 99 gs-t. Also when I just tap the throttle my car chirps sometimes. could these be the same thing?

wow... turbo already going with that low miles? i got 117,000 miles on my t25... still running strong.. though i noticed is starting to whine or "whistle" on and off a bit when just cruising around or deaccelerating... but still works good accelerating

check for air/vac leaks, it could be assimple as a $5 hose

i plan to check throughly soon just gotta let it all cool down. If there is shaft play isn't that always bad? Also I just did the dump tube mod yesterday and lost almost all of my blow off sounds. At low psi i get a little chirp but with a full dump I get just a quick sigh of air.

Is it smoking from anywhere?, exhaust, and if so what color?

I believe it is smoking when I get on it. Its kinda blue.
