Car sounds deeper w/evo16g

im running a full 3" piping and ported evo o2housing. my evo 16g ported by rre.

my car is sounding deeper/louder w the evo 16g. just wondering if this is normal.
does bigger turbo increase sound? or change the tone of your sound?

noobish, but curious.

i checked for leaks. it doesnt seem to be leaking..

You know swapped to my evo16g from my t28 I noticed a difference in tone with my exhaust setup also.

3inch o2 elim exhaust.

Sounds deeper to me also.
