car shakes while crusing

I was driving today and on the highway when I was at a crusing speed my car started to shake bad and would barely accelorate. My boost gauge was showing that I was getting boost but it would barely accelorate and shake worse the more I tried to. But, it works fine when Im at a stop and go until I start crusing.

I got a first gen enginge swap on my 2g at RRE about 3 months ago. They told me that my car might start driving like shit all of a sudden and that I would have to get the DSMLink. Could this be what he was talking about?

Any of you guys know whats wrong?

I would first pull the plugs. One may have a broken electrode or insulator which can also do that (and so does a weak coil).
