Car runs really bad all of a sudden

Here's the back story. i blew up my 7 bolt. Swapped in a 6 bolt. Motor has ran fine using v3 lite for the last week and then yesterday is was starting really hard. Took a couple cranks. Didn't really want to fire. Then last night I'm sitting at a long red light and I notice it won't idle right, like its missing here and there. I go to take off and nothing. I has barely any power. It runs how your car would if it has a random misfire CEL. But I check for link not to see this. But i got out of the gas and back on it and it snapped out of it. Ran fine.
So today i'm driving to class and it does it again, no power, will barely idle, A/F's are very lean. But it won't stop, turn it on and off, but nothing. I put in new plugs and good plug wires today but still nothing.

I don't know what to do with it. Any advice would be great.

How are your STFT and LTFT's? Have you checked to see if you have a massive bosot leak or anything related to that?

The car is still set to the base tune from DSMlink. Set for 650cc injectors but thats it.
I am pretty positive it doesn't have a boost leak of any kind.

A base tune still needs adjustments. Log your STFT and see what they are at. Also if you pretty positive, that means you haven't checked.

Ok I just checked and I don't have any boost leaks.
One thing I did figure out is that the car runs the EXACT same with the stock 2g MAF unplugged. It runs the same as if it is plugged in. Could my MAf have gradually gone bad?

Ok, so I let the car cool completely down. Then it started up and ran fine. I drove it home. Got up to operating temp and I pull into my driveway and it does it again. Runs like SHIT. I don't know whats going on. But something is definitely telling it to run lean like this.
I really do need help with this, any advice would be great.
