Car Runs Bad

Alright guys, my car has been running like complete ass. I have phantom knock like crazy and its all the time, and they rise to full counts. My fuel trims keep changing all the time, and my hi and low throttle on the safc2 are all zeroed out. My fuel trims are hi-89 mid-89-low-102. I'm on stock fuel, and other mods are in the profile. I dont know if i have a bad knock sensor , or what, my 02 sensor seems to be going slowly it takes awhile for it to heat up but then it starts cycling normal. Also it seems that when I accelerate at like 30% throttle it seems faster than at WOT. My car just seems to bog, even when I'm not knocking. I don't knock at WOT though either, its usually just low RPM's but all the time. I was running 15psi and it wouldn't bog at WOT as much but when I run stock 10psi it seems to bog and sputter like crazy. If you guys could help I would greatly appreciate it. If you need a couple logs just lemme know. Im gonna try combustion chamber cleaner tomorrow morning see if it helps with the knock, and i have no boost leaks either, i just cant seem to figure out what it is. thanks.
