Car runs bad only when started warm

i have a 1990 eagle talon tsi awd and i am having a very weird problem. If my engine is cold when i start it, it runs just fine until i turn it off when its warm and start it up like 5min later then it runs like crap. It has very little power and it feels like there's no boost plus it sounds like a Subaru. It does this only when i start it when the engine is already warm but if i start it when the engine is cold it runs just great all day long. The only thing i know is that it brings up a check engine light and code means that there is a injector problem, that my idle is at 800rpm's where its usually at 1,150 and that my vacuum is around 12 where it's usually around 18 . So what tried first was i replaced all of the injectors, i checked all the wiring for volts, amps and it all checked out fine then i checked for any vacuum leaks and found none but it is still doing it please help

I had the exact same problem with my 90 GSX. I rebuilt the throttle body (replaced all the sensors) and did a boost leak test. Doing that fixed it.

I will rebuild the throttle body, replace all the sensors tonight it needs it anyway and i already did a boost leak test and everything is holding at 15psi
