Drove my car to California from Colorado. When I got there, it ran deathly lean. I turned up the deadtime to 500 and drove her home. When I popped the hood, I found an exhaust leak. I fixed that and reset the ECU. I turned it on and let it warm up with a deadtime of 500 still on there. It ran 12.9-13.2 at idle. I dropped the deadtime to 0, and at idle it went to 16.9-17.1. When I would give it a little gas, it dropped to 12.9-13.2. I played with it a little, and at 250, it idled at 14.7 for a minute, but leaned to 17 for a second and came back. Stock injectors, TRE 255LPH, linkv3, stock turbo, stock internals. What's my next step to remedy this? Ran a BLT, slight leak from my throttle body where it connects to the IC piping, and from my CXRacing BOV. Spark plugs are good. Oil is good. Fuel pump is good. Fuel filter maybe? I am ridiculously lost now. It just doesn't make sense.

I don't understand why you are playing around with the injector deadtime?

You need to be more specific with the problem you had/are having. "Deathly lean" is not very descriptive. What were you doing at the time it ran lean, how lean it got, etc. Details are important.

If you are just concerned about your air/fuel ratio at idle fluctuating before the car is fully up to operating temps, that is not a huge deal. That idle is a little too lean for my liking but since it goes to 12.9-13.2 when you step on the gas, that seems normal.

I was told to play around with the deadtime to see if I could get it to richen back up while I was in California to get me back to Colorado. When I got back, I was going to put it back to 0, but it leaned out to 21 at idle again, so I turned it back up. I have a log that I just did that might explain it a little more.

Update: Car is still having the same issue. I have put brand new FIC 1120's in, a brand new Walbro 255 High Pressure, a brand new Aeromotive AFPR, and a brand new oem fuel filter. I have small boost leaks at the IACV and at the BOV. I'm working on getting those fixed, but I'm not sure those will fix it. Any and all help appreciated.
