car overheated now it runs better?

ok so my car overheated a week or so ago replaced the radiator cap and that little coolant hose that runs to the oil filter housing good news no more overheating but my car started running better yes i said better.

it starts eisier, idles better, and it went from 11psi of boost to 15 its all stock im pretty sure the bov blows off at like 12 psi how is this even possible it feels so strong now if im just being a newb feel free to correct me

Maybe your engine melted a little, making smoother gasket surfaces.

sorry meant to add it overheated bad there was (white)smoke comming from both engine and exhaust the wife was driving it btw remember that in the future gents

Are you saying your car is running better because of the new parts or the overheating?

Sounds like the warped head and burning coolant steam-cleaned your cylinders.

You should probably do a compression and leak-down test.

im saying overheating and it doesnt smoke at all now the exhaust even smells cleaner for lack of better words maybe it got so hot it burt all the carbon off? i know it sounds strange but ive had this car for a while and i can definetly notice a change

agreed ill try to do it this weekend but if it has worse compression why would it run better
